Pre-Design Phase
Free Initial Consultation
This will be a 30-minute opportunity for us to get to know you and your project. This will help us figure out your next steps so we can best serve you, whether it be an on-site visit or a virtual design meeting. This maybe followed up with a site visit if it is deemed necessary.
We always start with a floor plan so that we can get the exact dimensions and space plan for the paths of travel, furniture placement and meeting code requirements.

Design Phase 1
Wall Elevations and 3-D Renderings
Wall elevations and 3-D renderings are available if needed for complex projects.
Blueprints
If necessary for the project we will get blueprints drawn up before going to the county for permitting.
This phase will focus on interior finishes. The client has the option to source their finishes and let us know what they would like in their project. Finishes include things such as, cabinetry, sinks, faucets, and paint colors. Or client can have us find the finishes for them within their budget and wish list.

Proposal and Contract
Now that the design is finished, the final proposal can be drawn up, and we can go under contract. Once we receive a deposit, your project will be put on our schedule.
Now we are ready to break ground on your project. Each project will be broken down into specific milestones, after which payment will be required. We will be organizing all aspects of construction, from organizing trades, gathering materials, and paying vendors. Once we are finished, we will do a final walk-through where you can check over our work before you pay your final bill.
